Information you provide

When you request an assessment, we collect the information you provide about your name, date of birth, citizenship, residence, contact details, English language ability, family circumstances, employment history, business plans and immigration objectives. We use this information to review your inquiry, communicate with you and discuss appropriate next steps. Please do not submit passport numbers, detailed medical or criminal records, or confidential documents through the initial form.

Form delivery and spam protection

Website inquiries are delivered by email to our reception team. Our forms use Contact Form 7, Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden honeypot check to help identify automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection to distinguish legitimate visitors from bots. For details, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Website services and external links

Our website is hosted by Flywheel. Hosting, email and security providers may process information needed to operate and protect the website and deliver messages. Links to government resources and Google Maps open external websites with their own privacy practices.

Website analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google may process technical information and information about pages visited, including through cookies. For details, see Google’s privacy policy.
