Monty Silley

Monty’s practice is dedicated exclusively to US immigration. He has extensive experience representing clients in a diverse array of immigration matters, including family and employment based immigration, nonimmigrant visas, and naturalization. His practice is primarily focused on corporate and investment visas, and he works closely with small and large size commercial enterprises all across Canada.

Monty Silley Monty graduated from the University of British Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a double-major in Political Science and Philosophy. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he was an Executive Editor of the Canada-United States Law Journal. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and has also obtained a Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada National Committee on Accreditation. Monty is able to communicate proficiently in Spanish and Portuguese.
