Syeda hamdani

Syeda represents and advises Canadian companies and individuals in all areas of U.S. immigration and cross-border law. With more than 14 years of experience handling cases exclusively in the field of U.S. Immigration, Syeda has helped thousands of individuals resolve their U.S. immigration matters. Syeda has expertise in all areas of U.S. immigration law, including temporary work visas, business and investment visas, employment and investment based immigration, marriage-based green cards, family-based immigration matters, and U.S. waivers.

She has also represented clients before the U.S. Immigration Court in Detroit in a wide range of matters, including deportation cases, U.S. waivers, refugee applications, and adoptions.
Ms. Hamdani graduated from Oakland University with a double major in History and Political Science. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan and a Member of the Michigan State Bar Association. In addition, she is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and a long-time active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
